Welcome to the new year! We want to help make this your best year ever. Whether you're a student, a stay-at-home mom, a corporate executive, no matter your age, we know that life is full-to-the-brim. Catching a breath in the midst of the busy is hard, yet so needed. So we are bringing you "Power Pauses."


Kind of like a power nap, which is short, but mighty, these pause prompts are intended to be small, but powerful. No big time commitment is needed. Spend as much or as little time as you have. No special purchases are required, so the prompts should fit any budget. Each prompt will be numbered, so you can keep track of which prompts you have done.
